Sneezing _ Anti histamins and Asthma

"Sneezing is an important part of the immune process, helping to keep us healthy and sniffle-free" says Dr Neil Kao, an allergy and asthmaspecialist. These line are from an article named Eleven surprising sneezing facts at http://www.webmd.boots.com/allergies/features/eleven-surprising-sneezing-facts.

Given the fact that sneezing is defense mechanism of the body which in turn keeps it healthy and going what are you doing by meddling with it. You might well be feeling sneezing to be very irritating and  troublesome.  The same is true with cough, diarrhea, vomiting and fever. They are all irritating symptoms. But they are the attempt by the body to get rid of the offending substances and to activate the defense mechanism.

So what are we doing by meddling with these very core  defense processes and suppressing them. By suppressing sneezing we are allowing the allergen, which the body want to reject out a free access to the lungs. The substance remains in tolerable and the body reacts to it and this in turn results in  lungs getting edematic and you become asthmatic.

The disease, sneezing which ought to have been treated by correcting your body's intolerance to the allergen now get to threaten your life with a condition called Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). So be aware

In asthma and allergy HOMEOPATHY is YOUR best Friend
